Who can place orders on FRAGRANTA?
FRAGRANTA is a B2B-only platform for registered businesses with a valid VAT number, including retailers, online shops, wholesalers and other professional resellers. We do not supply private individuals.
Is there a minimum order quantity or minimum order value?
No. Available products can be ordered from just one unit and there is no minimum order value. This allows you to adapt order quantities flexibly to your actual requirements.
Is the stock shown actually available?
Yes. The quantities shown to logged-in customers reflect the stock held in our own EU warehouse. Stock levels are continuously updated as orders are placed and new goods are received.
How does ordering on FRAGRANTA work?
Once your B2B account has been registered and verified, you can select available products, add them to your cart and submit the order directly through the platform. You will then receive a pro forma invoice. Once payment has been received, the order will be prepared for dispatch.
Which countries does FRAGRANTA deliver to?
FRAGRANTA supplies business customers in more than 25 European countries. Available destinations, shipping methods and shipping costs depend on the delivery country and shipment size and are shown during the ordering process.
How long do dispatch and delivery take?
Once payment has been received, your order will generally be picked and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours. The subsequent transit time depends on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Are cart discounts available?
Yes. Cart discounts of 1–3% are applied automatically from a net cart value of €1,000. Logged-in customers can see the applicable discount level in the pricing table and cart.
Does FRAGRANTA offer dropshipping?
We currently ship orders to our customers’ registered business or warehouse address. A dropshipping solution for neutral direct delivery to end customers is under development and is not yet available.
How does FRAGRANTA ensure authenticity and quality?
FRAGRANTA sources goods exclusively through carefully selected and vetted supplier relationships. Before being approved for sale, every incoming shipment also passes through our in-house quality control at our own warehouse.
